Your inventory stays on your device

FeiKeep stores the item details you enter, including names, locations, categories, notes, purchase information, warranty dates and selected photo or receipt images, in the app's local storage. It has no account system, advertising, analytics, tracking, developer-operated backend or automatic cloud synchronization. The developer does not receive your inventory or app usage records.

Photos and receipts

You choose specific images with the system photo picker. FeiKeep receives the selected images, stores compressed copies locally with the corresponding item, and does not request access to your entire photo library. Removing an attachment or item removes its copy from the current inventory; it does not delete the original image in your photo library or copies in earlier exports or backups.

Optional notifications

If you enable warranty reminders, FeiKeep asks for notification permission and schedules local notifications on your device. Item names may appear in notification previews according to your system settings. There is no remote push-notification server. You can change notification permission and preview settings in system Settings.

Exports, sharing and backups

You can export a complete inventory backup containing item details and attached images, or a CSV containing text records. Exported files are not password-protected by FeiKeep. Files leave the app only through the destination you choose in the system share sheet or file interface. A destination app or cloud storage provider handles that copy under its own terms and privacy practices. The developer does not receive exports unless you choose to send one to the developer.

Restoring a supported backup replaces the current inventory after your confirmation. It does not erase earlier exported files. Your operating system may include app data in device or cloud backups according to your device settings. FeiKeep does not operate or access those backups. Device backups are separate from FeiKeep's manual export and restore feature.

Deletion and control

You can edit or delete inventory items in the app. Deleting the app removes its local app data subject to operating-system behavior. Copies you previously exported, shared or backed up must be managed separately at their destinations. The developer cannot retrieve, recover or remotely delete your locally stored inventory.

Websites and support email

Opening a privacy or support link visits a website through your browser. The hosting service may process ordinary request information, such as IP address and browser information, to serve the page. FeiKeep does not attach inventory records to those requests. If you email support, the developer receives the information you voluntarily include and uses it to respond to your request. Please avoid sending unnecessary private item details, receipts or photos.
