FeiPack Support

FeiPack helps you prepare a travel packing checklist on your iPhone. It requires iOS 17 or later.

Email zyfly_app@qq.com for help, bug reports, accessibility issues or suggestions. Include your iOS version, FeiPack version and the steps that led to the problem. Screenshots are optional; hide personal trip information before sending. We do not promise a fixed response time.

Getting started

Create a trip, choose a template and set its duration and laundry plan. Review suggested quantities, assign items to travelers and bags, and check items off as you pack. Before departure, review essential items and anything still unpacked. Templates are starting points; adjust them for your trip and verify current travel requirements separately.

Reusing and sharing lists

Duplicate an existing trip or save a custom template for future travel. Use the share action to send a plain-text checklist through the iOS share sheet. Sharing sends a copy; it does not create a synchronized or collaborative list.

Local data and backups

FeiPack works offline and has no sign-in. App data stays on your device unless you choose to share it or it is included in a standard device backup. FeiPack does not operate a recovery server. Deleting the app may remove your local lists. Backup availability and restoration depend on your device and Apple settings.
