FeiAcademy is a reference directory of Beijing schools. Its app interface is available in Simplified Chinese only. No account is required. The app has no advertising, third-party tracking or analytics SDK, admissions consulting, or booking service.

Local records

Favorites, recently viewed schools, comparison lists, appearance preferences, and onboarding status are stored locally. The app does not send these records, search terms, or filters to the developer. Settings lets you clear favorites, recent views, and comparison records; this does not reset appearance or onboarding preferences. Deleting the app removes its current on-device data. Whether system backups or device migration include preferences depends on your system settings; clearing app records does not erase existing system backups. FeiAcademy does not offer account-based cloud sync.

Public catalog downloads

At launch and when you refresh manually, the app downloads a public school catalog over HTTPS from zyflyapp.cn/flyacademy/school_catalog.json. Requests do not attach favorites, browsing records, search terms, names, contact details, advertising identifiers, or precise location. If a request fails, the app uses a valid local cache or its bundled catalog.

Network connections necessarily expose an IP address and ordinary request information to hosting or network providers, such as request time, resource path, response status, and system network-client information. Providers may process or retain technical logs according to their infrastructure and security configuration. This is distinct from uploading personal school records. We do not use these requests for advertising tracking or school-choice profiling. This policy does not promise anonymous requests or that hosting providers never retain IP addresses. Contact us about access, correction, or deletion of technical logs; we will respond based on the practices we can verify.

External services and voluntary feedback

The app opens school websites, official sources, support or privacy pages, maps, or email services only after you select the relevant link. Those services handle requests under their own policies. Map links include the school's address; the app does not request your location permission. The app does not read contacts, photos, or microphone input.

Feedback email is optional. Your email provider and we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to send, to address your request. Do not send children's identity documents, application records, or unnecessary sensitive information. You can request deletion of feedback emails at the same address, subject to applicable retention requirements. We do not sell user records or forward contact details to schools or admissions agents.

Children and policy updates

FeiAcademy is intended for parents and people researching school information, not specifically for children. No child information is required. Policy changes will update the date on this page. Where a change requires notice or consent under applicable requirements, we will provide it separately.
