FeiQuery Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 12, 2026
Last Updated: October 11, 2026
FeiQuery (飞查, “the App”) is developed by Ziyi Feiyun. It is an independent guide to public-service enquiry channels for people living or working in Beijing. This policy explains what the App handles and what happens when you choose to open an external service.
1. No Collection or Upload of Personal Records
The App does not read, retrieve, store or upload your social insurance, housing-fund, tax, credit or criminal records. It does not receive the results of enquiries or applications you complete with external official services.
- Guide content is bundled with the App and can be read offline. The App has no developer backend and does not initiate HTTP/HTTPS network requests.
- There are no accounts, registration or sign-in. You do not need to provide FeiQuery with your name, phone number, identity number or other personal information.
- There are no ads, analytics, tracking, third-party SDKs, activity logs or personal-record databases.
- The App does not collect or upload device identifiers, location, contacts or photos. It does not request access to location, the camera, microphone, contacts or photos.
Offline reading does not mean that an external enquiry can be completed offline. External services may require internet access, identity verification, sign-in and eligibility.
2. Local Preferences, Page State and Clipboard
The App saves your dark-mode choice in the system's local preferences so it can use that choice when you reopen the App. FeiQuery does not upload this preference to the developer or use it for tracking. The current reading page, expanded sections and copy feedback support the interface while the App is running; they are not uploaded as activity logs.
When you choose a copy or recovery action, FeiQuery writes a public channel name, website address or phone number to the system clipboard for use in another app. FeiQuery does not read unrelated clipboard contents or upload the copied text to the developer. Clipboard storage, access and system syncing are managed by iOS.
3. Opening External Channels
Action buttons use standard iOS system functions:
- “Copy & Open WeChat” copies the channel name and attempts to open WeChat. You still need to find the relevant official account or mini program yourself.
- App buttons open the relevant App Store product page or a supported external app. If an external app cannot open, FeiQuery may try its App Store fallback.
- Website buttons send the public address to the default browser. Telephone buttons invoke the system phone flow.
- If a channel cannot open, the App displays a recovery message and lets you copy its name, address or number to continue manually.
FeiQuery uses the system's success or failure response to display these messages. It does not record external browsing, sign-in, call duration, enquiry contents or results. It is not an embedded government-service browser or an enquiry proxy.
4. External Services and Independent Status
FeiQuery is not a government app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the agencies or services listed. Official names and links identify public destinations; they do not imply a partnership or authorization.
External apps, websites and telephone services are provided by their own operators. They may require identity verification, an account, documents, internet access or eligibility and apply their own privacy policies. Read those policies when using the services. FeiQuery does not receive the information you submit to them or control their data handling.
5. Children and Data Security
The App is not designed specifically for children and does not collect personal records from children or other users through the App. Protect your device and system clipboard, and avoid sending sensitive documents to untrusted external services.
6. Policy Updates
This update clarifies local appearance preferences, the system clipboard and external handoffs for the features described in FeiQuery 1.0.1. We will update this policy if the App's data handling changes. Topic source notes show content dates; they do not mean that every external channel is verified in real time.
7. Contact the Developer
Developer / studio: Ziyi Feiyun
Email: zyfly_app@qq.com
If you choose to send a support email, it provides your sender address and message to the developer, and your email service applies its own policies. This is not automatic collection by the App. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information such as identity numbers or personal credit reports.
