What is FeiTrait?

FeiTrait is a lightweight trading personality quiz. Everything runs locally on your device — no sign-up, no internet required:

• 15 scenario-based questions (~3–5 minutes), built around real trading situations (e.g. how you react to volatility, how you review trades).
• Six-dimension profile: scores across Trading Pace, Risk Tolerance, Emotional Stability, Analytical Depth, Discipline, and Independence — shown in a radar chart.
• 7 personality types such as Systematic Disciplinarian, Deep Researcher, Lightning Scalper, and Steady Guardian — each with strengths, challenges, and tailored tips.
• Strategy matching: recommends your Top 3 from six common styles (trend following, grid trading, value investing, swing trading, day trading, contrarian trading) with match scores and reasons.
• Share cards: generate a shareable image with your personality type and radar chart; save to Photos or share with friends.
• Privacy-friendly: no accounts, no ads, no tracking, fully offline — all answers and results stay on your device.

FAQ

1. How do I retake the quiz?

Go to the Test tab and tap Start Test anytime. Each run creates a new history entry so you can compare results over time.

2. Where is my history? How do I delete a record?

Open the History tab to see all past results. Tap a record to view the full result again. Swipe left on a record to delete it. Deletion cannot be undone.

3. How do I save a share card? Why does the app ask for photo access?

On the result page, tap Save as Image to generate the share card, then tap Save to Photos. The first time you save, iOS will ask for photo library write access (add-only — the app cannot read your existing photos). This is the only permission FeiTrait requests, and only to save the image you generated. If you deny it, you can still share via the system share sheet.

4. Are my answers and results uploaded?

No. FeiTrait is fully offline: no servers, no network requests. Answers and results are computed and stored on your device via SwiftData. Uninstalling the app removes all data. This version does not offer cloud sync or migration.

5. Can I use the results as investment advice?

No. FeiTrait is an entertainment self-awareness tool to help you understand your trading personality tendencies. Results are not investment advice and are not professional psychological or financial assessment. Trading involves risk — always make your own decisions.

6. Which languages are supported?

Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English. The app follows your system language (you can override it under Settings → App → FeiTrait → Language).

7. How do I turn on Dark Mode?

Settings → Appearance → Dark Mode toggle switches between light and dark UI. Your preference is saved on-device and persists after restart.
